With extensive experience in capital markets transactions, PMH’s lawyers provide advice to private and listed companies, domestic and international banks and other financial institutions with respect to securitizations and other structured products, commercial paper programmes and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
We represent a range of financial institutions and have extensive experience in advising on letter of credit facilities, financings secured by portfolios of securities (with or without custodial obligations) trade and project finance.
